PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT CERTIFIED
Hannah Asano Chadwick, PA-C graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science in 2009. She worked in the clinical laboratory at Nationwide Children’s Hospital prior to attending graduate school at Ohio Dominican University, where she completed a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2014. She has been a Physician Assistant in Primary Care since 2015. She and her family relocated to Florida in 2021.
Hannah practices medicine with a wholistic approach to care, where building lasting relationships with her patients is a priority. She focuses on disease prevention and wellness, as well as treating acute and chronic conditions.
